How can I buy a gift certificate?
Guests are welcome to purchase gift certificates in person at The Spa, located on level 6 of the Hotel, on our Four Seasons e-shop or via email at spa.hkg@fourseasons.com.
What is the dress code at The Spa?
Bathrobes and slippers are supplied in your locker and you are welcome to use the disposable underwear available should you feel more comfortable.
Are there age restrictions for treatments and facilities?
Children under 16 years of age are not permitted to use any Spa facilities. Guests under 18 years of age require supervision by a guardian for any Spa treatment.
Is there a service charge?
Yes. All treatments are subject to a 10% service charge.
What should I do with my mobile phone?
Mobile phones are not permitted in the treatment rooms, facility areas and Nail Bar, and must be kept silent or turned off when you are in The Spa.
Do you have couples’ rooms?
Yes. We have 10 couples’ rooms and you may request this upon reservation.
What facial products are used?
We use three different skin product lines: Biologique Recherche (Paris), Joanna Vargas (USA) and Ignae (Azores, Portugal).
What products are used inside the facilities?
We use our own signature Four Seasons products, which are available for purchase at the Spatique, tel: (852) 3196-8900.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept credit card (Visa, Master, American Express, Diners, JCB), Union Pay, Alipay, WeChat, PayMe, Octopus and cash.
What should I do if I want to cancel my booking?
If you need to amend, cancel or reschedule, please let us know 12 hours before your appointment. If you are unable to let us know in advance, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
Can I park my car at Four Seasons Hotel?
If you are visiting us as a Day Spa guest, there is no stress about where to park as we offer complimentary valet parking at the Hotel for the duration of your treatment. Please ask our Spa Concierge to stamp your parking ticket.
How about group bookings or celebrations?
We welcome you to come with friends! In order to confirm four or more guests in a single party, full advance payment will be required, and any cancellations should be made at least 48 hours in advance for a group booking.
What kind of facilities do you have at The Spa?
We recommend guests arrive one hour prior to their treatment time to enjoy the facilities such as: Amethyst Crystal Steam Room, Sauna, Ice Fountain, Spa Vitality Pool, Relaxation Lounge and Experience Shower.
