    Out and About

    We request that pets remain on a short lead while outside of their rooms enjoying the Estate and refrain from entering dining, pool or spa areas, but they are most welcome to enjoy the outside seating areas of the Wild Carrot Bar and The Library.

    In Your Room

    Pets may be left unattended in your room, though we kindly request you provide a mobile number to the concierge team for their comfort. Our housekeeping team is also available to arrange convenient times to service rooms, so as not to disturb your pet nor enter without an owner present.

    Our team is pleased to provide pet supplies as needed, and the Concierge is available to make advance arrangements to pamper your pet.

    Pet Size

    Our Hotel is prepared to accommodate pets in guest rooms, provided they weigh no more than 30 kg (66 lbs.), are fully house-trained and are at least six months of age.

    Milo and Dougal

    Dogs are not the only animals you’ll find on our Estate: Our very own Equestrian Centre is home to our beloved horses, along with the Hotel’s two biggest characters, Milo and Dougal. Born and bred in Kent, these resident Shetland ponies joined our Hotel in 2014 when they were just 1 year old. Whether Dougal is causing mischief escaping his paddock, or Milo is showing off his jumping skills, no visit to Hampshire is complete without meeting this fun pair.

    One-Time Fee

    A one-time cleaning fee will be added for pet stays, and will include a dog bed, dog dishes, a packet of food and spring water upon arrival.
