For the Love of Après-SkiThe new restaurant concept is an ode to General Manager Andrew Harrison’s time spent skiing in the Swiss Alps. After three years of living in Geneva and a season working in Zermatt exploring the Swiss mountains, he developed a love for the culture and culinary traditions.
I have many great memories of enjoying fondue with friends after a long day on the slopes and am delighted to be introducing a taste of the Alps to the Hampshire countryside this festive season.
