With a diverse set of skills and a passion for cooking built in lauded restaurants across the country, Chef Ratino is one of the youngest chefs in America to hold a two-Michelin-starred restaurant and two Michelin-awarded concepts under the same roof – the one-Michelin-starred Bresca and two-Michelin-starred JÔNT in Washington, DC.
