Invite your guests to an exclusive negroni cocktail lesson led by our master mixologist. This famous cocktail was born in Florence and is a staple of the city’s rich culinary history.
- Oil-and-Wine Tasting Lesson
Tuscany is one of the regions famous for its wine and oil. Let your guests taste both, paired with a selection of charcuterie. Participants learn the defining factors and flavours of each product and come away with a fresh perspective on some of Italy’s most famous ingredients.
- Master Photography Class
Meeting and event guests can take this opportunity to immortalize the beautiful masterpieces found in each corner of the Hotel. Our unique property is a real museum with beautiful frescoes and bas-relief. A professional photographer walks groups through Four Seasons, giving photo tips and pointing out unique vantage points and lighting.
- Pizza-Making Competition
Become an expert pizza chef in this fun, engaging group activity. Our Chef walks you through each step of making the perfect pizza and provides ready-made, perfect Italian crusts and a variety of ingredients.

- Go Truffle Hunting in Florence
Experience a Tuscan tradition with a group truffle hunt, led by a professional truffle hunter. During this half-day adventure, your guests learn the secrets behind truffle hunting, and our Chef and our culinary team show everyone how to cook and enjoy this culinary gem.
- Wine Taste Through Tuscany
Complement your group gathering with a guided tour of the Tuscan countryside and famed vineyards. Explore the Chianti area, a maremma’s wild landscape and the splendid Tuscany coast, all complemented with a Four Seasons-catered lunch.
- Float Over Florence
High above Florence in a hot-air balloon with a glass of Champagne in hand, guests float over the Duomo, the Uffizi Gallery, the Palazzo Pitti, the Piazza della Signoria and the Ponte Vecchio. Fly southward over Tuscany’s famous Chianti region before landing in the Tuscan countryside where guests are greeted by the Hotel’s staff catering an exclusive, customized picnic.
- Take a Renaioli Boat Tour
Florence, the cradle of Renaissance, is renowned worldwide for its timeless architecture, culture and arts, and the peaceful River Arno winds through it all. Four Seasons has customized the oldest boat on the river, dated from 1850, with pillows and carpets to offer guests a unique perspective on the most beautiful buildings of the city with one-of-a-kind guide: a real renaiolo ready to answer all curiosities and questions about this Florentine tradition.
