Our Commitment

Four Seasons Explorer, Palau, is committed to preserving and regenerating the environment and leaving a positive, enduring impact on our local community. : Elimination of single-use plastics from our cabins, including water bottles and bathroom amenities
: Organization of educational talks by our on-site marine biologist to educate guests on marine biodiversity and raise awareness of the importance of conservation efforts
: Since its inauguration in 2021, the Four Seasons Palau Hospitality Apprenticeship Program has welcomed 10 young Palauans, equipping them with the theoretical knowledge and practical skills required to succeed in the hospitality industry
Support of local, sustainable businesses such as SinceShorelyYoursXo (recycled ocean glass jewellery) and Pura Vida Palau (reef-friendly sunscreen)
Local musicians, including Beckwin Mechol Jr., featured on board to help preserve Palauan culture and introduce guests to the spirit, traditions and people of the archipelago
Over 20 team members have been licensed as Tourist Guides, helping to preserve and share Palau’s natural beauty
Three Palauan hoteliers have graduated from the Four Seasons Maldives Hospitality Apprenticeship program – a testament to our commitment to nurturing Palau’s future hospitality leaders
