Our experienced team will draw inspiration from your personality and vision to create a uniquely stylish event – enhanced by the natural beauty of Costa Rica.

: Your dedicated Special Event Manager will be in charge of guiding your experience from start to finish. A Professional Wedding Planner is required for all weddings hosted at the Resort to handle any items that are not venue-related including the ceremony, décor, rental furniture, entertainment etc. We will provide you with a list of Costa Rica-based Wedding Planners to help you find the right planner for your needs. Additionally, contracting a wedding planner from outside of Costa Rica that will be in attendance for the event is also acceptable.
: Our team will help you get in touch with our trusted lawyers specialized in International weddings. Allow us to help you coordinate the paperwork required to hold your wedding ceremony in Costa Rica. Our team will send you the paperwork that outlines the process for the certification of your marriage. From there, simply complete the form and send in the appropriate documentation and our lawyers will handle the rest. The time required for document processing varies, but will take at least two months, including translation and authentication by the consulate of your country of residence.
