Overview

Perched high on a steep slope in Cairo is the Citadel of Sultan Salah al-Din al-Ayyubi (Saladin), the towering minarets of the Muhammad Ali Mosque looking out across Islamic Cairo and beyond. Take a private tour inside this structure, then continue to the Sultan Hassan Mosque, one of the largest mosques in Egypt, as well as the Al-Rifa'i "Royal" Mosque.

Things To Know

: Women must wear a dress or skirt that reaches below the knees and have their shoulders covered. The Muhammad Ali Mosque will provide a prayer dress with head cover, but modest attire, including a head cover, is recommended for other mosques.
: Children 6 years and under are complimentary.
