CARDIO – BURN CAMP: Work-out session includes body weight work out plyometri-core activities, jumps and kicks. A perfect cardio and fat burn session.
TOTAL BODY FIT: Special localized intense work out for the abdominal and gluts area.
BOOTY SHAPING: Capture the rhythm of the music with a mix of pilates and ballet. Come and lift tone and blast total body fat.
PILATES MAT WORKOUT: Get stronger core muscles with Joseph Pilates method. We can help you to improve your balance and reach a lean, long appearance with these core exercises.
Minimum of 2 people per class are required.
Fitness Classes are 60 min. All sessions are complimentary for Hotel guests.
Power Plate, TRX, Pilates, Personal Training and Yoga are available upon request at an extra charge.
