Executive Chef
Promoted to Executive Chef in his eighth year at the Hotel, Ozkan is out to distinguish himself on the menu while continuing to refine his skills in the kitchen. A hands-on manager, Ozkan is happy to jump in and spend time on the line to ensure precision on the plate and growth on the team. Overseeing six restaurants and lounges, as well as In-Room Dining and banqueting, Ozkan brings his own techniques and creativity to everything he touches. Though his myriad of responsibilities limit his downtime, he is a musician with fully stocked guitar gear. “It’s all for fun for me these days, but it helps me concentrate.”
