Property-specific terms and conditions: A 5% VAT, 3.5% Regional Tax (RPT), 1.4% Additional Regional Tax (RPT), a 5% Service Charge, a 10% Resort Fee (plus 9.9% VAT on Resort Fee), and a City Tax of XPF 200 per person, per night, will be applied to the room rate.
