Off-site Activities
- Colombian Flavours
Start your day at the vast and colourful Paloquemao Market, where our chef will introduce your group to Colombia’s astounding varieties of fruits and vegetables. Continue the experience at Chico Park, where guests will be welcomed with a unique cocktail, then be entertained by dancers, live music and a buffet of traditional dishes.
- Graffiti and History
Your guests most likely will have noticed Bogotá’s profusion of eye-catching street art. Why not break up a day of meetings with a walking tour of the historical La Candelaria neighborhood, where a graffiti artist will explain the themes, colours and historical influences that are behind this amazing, citywide art project.
- Bogota Bike Tour
Bogotá is a global icon for promoting bicycles as an alternative mode of transportation. Our network of 376 kilometres (234 miles) of bikeways, Car Free Day, Sunday Bikeways, Night Bikeway in December and the large number of groups that promote bicycle use have all contributed to making Bogota an example to the world of sustainable mobility. In addition, on every Sunday morning, the main streets of Bogotá are closed to traffic and fill up with people running, cycling, skating and walking. Organize a group biking tour to join the fun, finishing with a fresh fruit juice or empanada from one of the many streetside stalls.
- Experience Zipaquirá
A monument to faith that became an architectural attraction like no other, Zipaquirá is a colonial town known for its beauty – and for what lies underneath. The Salt Cathedral will open your attendees to different pieces of stonework and sculpting that, because of their size and illumination, make this spectacular wonder a mandatory destination.
