Raised on a farm outside Fresno, California, Rafael Alcala infuses his culinary philosophy with deep agricultural roots and inspiration from his mother’s Central American cooking. As the Chef de Cuisine at THE Blvd, he is committed to using only the freshest, locally sourced ingredients to create extraordinary dining experiences and dishes for his discerning customers.
