- Appointments & Reservations
- Due to our high call volume, we strongly recommend scheduling spa appointments using our online booking system. Reservations are subject to availability and must be guaranteed with a credit card. A 50% deposit of the scheduled services must be secured to hold your reservation.
- Arrival
- We suggest you arrive 3 hours prior (a minimum of 30 minutes) to your appointment. An early arrival will allow ample time to sign in, complete your health guide, enjoy our heat experience area, and change into our well-appointed locker rooms. The heat experience is not available for use after closing. If you are arriving from your guest room, please feel free to wear your bathrobe.
- Spa Reservations and Cancellations
- For maximum convenience and flexibility, we recommend that you schedule your spa sessions in advance of your visit. Treatment times are reserved especially for you. We kindly request that all cancellations or changes to appointments be made at least 24 hours in advance, and your deposit will be refunded within 3–7 business days. A 100% charge will be applied to your credit card for failure to follow this policy. If you require to move your appointment(s), a USD 100 move fee will be charged for each appointment that is rescheduled during the cancellation period. For groups of 5 or more, cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance of your appointment. No show appointments will be charged in full.
- Personal Comfort
- We will provide you with a locker where you may store your clothes. Each locker has a digital keypad, allowing you to select your personalized code. A robe, slippers, and locker will be provided for you upon arrival at the spa. Disrobe to the level of your comfort. Undergarments are not necessary, but you may wear them during your treatment if you prefer. Our licensed therapists are trained to drape a sheet or towel over your body in a discreet manner, assuring your privacy at all times. We have gender-separate wet areas, and clothing is optional. If modest, please bring a swimsuit.
- Valuables
- Any items brought with you may be kept in a locker during your treatment. Our Spa is a place of relaxation and peace. To maintain that atmosphere, we ask that you leave your electronic devices on silent and in your locker. The Spa is not responsible for any items that may be lost during your time with us. Please do not bring or leave valuables in the Facility or lockers. We are not responsible for any theft or loss of personal property, including jewelry or other personal items.
- Spa Amenities
- Our locker rooms are generous in size and include steam rooms, whirlpools, saunas, gender-separate relaxation lounges, and a vitality pool. Our showers are fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash to open your senses during a shower. Grooming areas are fully stocked with amenities such as disposable razors, Q-tips, deodorant, face and body lotion, and hair spray. Additional amenities are available upon request. In addition, the Spa Food & Beverage Wellness menu is available and can be enjoyed in our Spa Eatery, but outside food is prohibited in the Spa.
- Heat Experience/Lounge Areas
- We house gender-separate, clothing-optional indoor spa amenities for all spa guests receiving a treatment. The amenities include a steam room, sauna, vitality pool, heat lounge chairs, and a relaxation lounge. We suggest that guests should arrive at a maximum of 3 hours (at least 30 minutes) before their service to use the pretreatment area. The use of the amenities is complimentary for hotel guests. Hotel guests must check in at Spa Reception before use.
- Pool Access
- Pool access is seasonal and by appointment only Monday – Thursday. Guests can reserve a pool lounge chair for 3 hours when booking the Sol-to-Go package (USD 320). For more information, please call the Spa to reserve your appointment. A pool pass would be available Monday – Thursday for local guests for (USD 320) for 3 hours. Guest must call to reserve a chair. Access to the pool is based on availability. *Pricing is subject to change. Access to the pool is restricted on holidays and blackout dates.
- Age Policy
- All spa guests must be 17 years or older to schedule a spa treatment, use the Fitness Center, and must be accompanied by their parents during their service. A signed parental consent form must be completed to receive treatment. All treatments will be done with the same gender of the therapist. The heat experience and locker room areas are restricted to those 17 years or older. The Fitness Center is only accessible to hotel guests and spa members.
- Privacy and Quiet
- With tranquility in mind, we require that mobile phones and electronic devices be turned to silent mode and be used discreetly while at the Spa. To respect the privacy of others, no photographs, videos, or other social media recordings are allowed inside our spa facilities.
- Spa Etiquette
- We strive to provide a healing and rejuvenating experience for all guests. Offensive language, loud tones, or inappropriate behavior are not tolerated. Any guest in violation of this policy would result in removal from the Spa. There would be no refunds for services for violation of the Spa Etiquette policy.
- Treatments
- Service durations are 50, 80, and 110 minutes and starts at USD 240 (not including taxes and gratuity). Pricing is variable and is subject to change day by day. Our availability can also be confirmed on Book4Time, and pricing can be viewed when place treatments in the shopping cart. We only offer 80 & 110-minute massages Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
- Facials
- If you are having a facial, you may wish to remove your makeup before your treatment to allow your spa therapist more time to care for your skin. Eye makeup remover is provided in the women’s locker room. We recommend that men do not shave for at least two hours before a facial.
- Medical Needs
- Kindly inform us of any special or medical needs that require additional attention. If you are pregnant or have specific medical conditions, some treatments are not recommended. If you are unsure, please ask.
- Gratuities
- Please note that a mandatory 20% gratuity will be added for all a la carte services and Spa Packages. Gratuities can be adjusted and are left at your discretion. Gratuities are retained in full by the provider(s) performing or staff contributing to the service(s).
- Gift Certificates
- Gift Certificates are a wonderful way to give the gift of health, relaxation, and beauty to the special people in your life. Gift certificates may be purchased at the Spa Reception, Hotel Front Desk, or online, and may not be redeemed for cash; only for spa retail or treatments. Gift cards can only be purchased in quantities of USD 300, 500, or 700, but for no more than USD 2000. Please note that gift cards are not refundable.
- Spa Day Pass
- The Spa Day Pass allows 3-hour access to the spa amenities and a fully appointed locker for non-hotel guests. The pass must be purchased at the Spa for USD 220, Monday – Friday. *Pricing is subject to change and does not include access to the outdoor pool.
- Parking
- Valet parking is available at the front drive of the hotel for USD 20. Please bring your ticket to the Spa for a validation stamp.
Please note: A 50% deposit is required to hold your appointment, and pricing for services is subject to change. There is a USD 100 fee if you need to reschedule your appointment. A 100% charge will be incurred for any treatment not cancelled at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time or for no-show guests. Heat Experience amenities including the sauna, steam room, heated lounge chairs and rainforest showers are open. The vitality pool remains closed until further notice for enhancements.
