Nicola Rossi
Executive ChefBorn and raised in Cremona, Italy, Nicola Rossi’s passion for cooking is rooted in his childhood when he started visiting food markets with his family. Inspired by the flavours of Italian cuisine, Chef Rossi graduated from the Istito Tecnico Luigi Nervi, when he started to look for international opportunities. During his exciting career journey, Chef Rossi was exposed to a variety of foods and exotic ingredients that fuelled his lifelong passion for cooking and helped him share stories through his dishes. At Four Seasons Hotel Baku, his goal is to bridge together Italian and Azerbaijani cuisines to bring both sense of taste and vision to guests.

Suraj Karmakar
Executive Sous ChefSuraj Karmakar first became a member of the Four Seasons family in 2007. The company presented him with an array of opportunities to further his culinary career and made his biggest wish come true: to travel the world. He gained valuable experience with Four Seasons in unique destinations, including the Maldives, Singapore, Bali, Shanghai and Vancouver, and now, he continues his adventure as Executive Sous Chef at Four Seasons Hotel Baku.
