- Electric vehicle (EV) charging stations available for guest use
- Vegan and vegetarian menu items available, including a fully plant-based menu at Bar Margot
- Linens and towels replaced every third day, unless otherwise requested
- A hybrid luxury sedan is available to all guests on a first-served basis for drop-offs within a 5-mile (8-kilometre) radius of our Hotel
- Water-efficient landscaping
- RAIN Pure Mountain Spring Water, bottled in aluminum, has replaced all single-use plastic water bottles in our Hotel
- Bulk sized bathroom toiletry bottles (shampoo, conditioner and shower gel)
- Menu items are primarily local to the southeastern United States, sustainable and seasonal
- Responsibly sourced seafood available
- Cage-free eggs
- Food waste reduction program in place
- Support peregrine falcon protection and population recovery in collaboration with the Georgia Department of Natural Resources (DNR) through the installation of a custom falcon nest box outside the 50th floor of our Hotel
- Guests can engage in educational tours at local, natural, cultural, historical or heritage sites to learn more about the local community by sharing points of interest with our concierge for a custom itinerary of private tours
- The Giving Bag, an in-room amenity, allows guests to easily donate unwanted items before traveling home
- Linen, furniture and equipment donated to the local community through the Atlanta Mission, an organization dedicated to transforming the lives of those facing homelessness
- Local artists and artisans featured throughout our Hotel, including Atlanta contemporary artist Caroline Bullock, who outfitted each room with her paintings, and Eric Mack, a mixed media artist whose works are located in our lobby
- Employees complete annual Human Trafficking Awareness training
- Employees volunteer in the local community through the Atlanta Community Food Bank, Open Hand Atlanta, various schools and community gardens
- Employees participate in Camp Peach Pals, a free annual program hosted by our Hotel in collaboration with Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, where children touched by cancer experience an urban sleepaway camp
- The retail boutique in The Spa features small-batch chocolates, jewellery, soaps, body oils and apothecary goods from Atlanta-based creators
