For cancellations of 90 to 60 days prior to embarkation, the cancellation fee is 30% of the total cost of the charter; from 60 to 30 days prior to embarkation, the cancellation fee is 50% of the total cost of the charter; fewer than 30 days prior to embarkation, the cancellation fee is 100%. In case of no-shows, the total reservation will be charged.
Should bad weather conditions hinder the yacht from leaving the harbour, the cruise will be postponed, and alternative dates will be proposed within a range of 2 to 3 days before and after the desired date. In case alternatives are not accepted, the down payment will be reimbursed.
In case of force majeure, no cancellation fee would apply.
