Learn how to select, taste and appreciate extra virgin olive oil, an integral part of the country's culture and cuisine since the Greeks first cultivated olive trees in the Mediterranean, and discover how to incorporate it into your daily life while sampling four indigenous varieties in this interactive class.

: Cancellations or date changes must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled time. You may then reschedule once at no additional cost, although venue ticketing restrictions may apply.
