Complimentary Core Training
Join our trainer for a 20-minute group class to learn how to train the muscles in your core to work in harmony, leading to better balance and stability. Mondays and Thursdays, 2:00 pm
Complimentary Night Stretching Session
Stretching can improve blood flow and relieve muscle tension – both of which aid in muscle recovery and improved sleep quality. Meet with our trainer at 8:00 pm for a relaxing night stretching session. Daily, 8:00 pm
Complimentary Yoga and Meditation Session
