Arrival & Cancellation Policy
If your time is limited before your treatment please be informed that a late arrival will take away from your treatment time. As a courtesy to the next guest, should you arrive late, your appointment will end as originally scheduled. Please cancel two (2) hours prior to the start of your treatment to avoid a 50% charge.
