This specialty menu offers a slow-roasted maple, cider and sage–brined turkey with orange hibiscus cranberry sauce and bread stuffing, served with brown sugar–glazed sweet potatoes, creamed corn casserole and creamy whipped potatoes, plus a pumpkin pie and pecan tart for dessert. Beginning December 1, traditional festive pastries such as Christmas fruit cake, specialty festive log cakes and Christmas cookies will be available at an additional cost. You're invited to enjoy Vacherin Mont D'or, a seasonal French cheese that was a favourite of King Louis XV. The velvety and buttery cheese is oven baked with extra-virgin olive oil, rosemary and Maldon salt, and served with sourdough bread, new potatoes, aged beef salami, cornichons, garlic confit and duck rillette.
