ANAS AL QUSAIRI
Executive Pastry ChefAnas Al Qusairi has been making life sweeter at Four Seasons Hotel Amman since 2008. Since 1993, he knew he wanted to be a chef, and he made his dream a reality. Anas makes a mean mohalabia, a traditional Middle Eastern milk pudding that is the perfect light dessert after a heavy meal. To balance his sweet side, his favourite condiment is hot sauce, and his guilty pleasure snack is pumpkin seeds. Naturally, his favourite cooking show is “Cake Boss.”
“Baking is fun, so when I bake, I love my surroundings to be bustling with energy. I prefer to work with music playing and in the company of lots of people.”

Khalid Ballout
Chef de Cuisine, La CapitaleKhalid Ballout started his career at Four Seasons Hotel Amman back in 2012 at the position of Cook 3. His drive, passion and commitment led him to our signature brasserie, La Capitale, where he began as Junior Sous Chef learning from the French Chef de Cuisines that headed the restaurant. That catapulted him into the role of Sous Chef, acting as the Head Chef of La Capitale since 2021 before becoming Chef de Cuisine in 2022.
“I’m excited to be leading the team at La Capitale and my goal is to leave guests with memorable experiences, and let them know they’re part of our family.”

A Brunch Buffet Perfect for Families
On the first Friday of every month at Olea, kids can bring their parents to the family brunch. Join us for a family-friendly brunch buffet with live cooking stations and activities for children of all ages. The menu includes a salad bar, charcuterie, selection of artisanal cheese, sushi counter, seafood on ice, homemade pasta bar, pizza oven, carving station, a buffet especially for kids and a grand dessert buffet. JOD 55 per adult; JOD 27.5 per child ages 6 to 12; complimentary for children 5 and under. - October 22 – April 30
