Executive Chef Christian Buenrostro

Buenrostro brings a wealth of international experience to the UAE’s capital, drawing inspiration from Latin America, Europe, Asia, and most recently, the Middle East. His culinary ethos keeps things simple, focusing on blending bold, vibrant flavours with an exciting fine dining experience that gathers people together.

As Director of Food and Beverage at Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi at Al Maryah Island, Carlo Laiso is in charge of the property's exquisite collection of six restaurant and cafés, including Butcher & Still, Cafe Milano, Crust, Al Meylas, Zsa Zsa and Eclipse Terrace Lounge in addition to room service.
